1)Our Cancellation Policy

-Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

-Orders cancelled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

-Orders cancelled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

2)Returning for Replacement or Refund

When you have received that dress, pls try it on and contact with us within 7 days. we would try our best to help you solve the problem.

If you are insisted on returing the dress, we would refund partial money to you and you would pay the shipping fees by yourself. hope you can undertand that all the dresses we made would be exactly as your requirements.

Dress is the Size you Ordered but doesn't fit you well but fit the measurements you gave,the dress couldn't be returned or exchanged.

As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams.you can let your local tailor to help you alter it at your own cost.

Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped.
