there are a simple way to test the screen display, connect the flex cable of screen with your device, power on, click the camera icon to check the black display. click the browser icon(or other icon) to check the white display. if there are deal pixel on the screen, you will find it via these two step. take a picture to test the color display is ok or not press any icon and move it to test the touch function is ok or not.
