The package took 18 days to arrive in Mexico City so I consider it was pretty fast. The probe looks good material, resistant and anatomically functional, is sent in a sealed bag, inside a box, which in turn comes inside a bag. The bag does not protect enough so the box was slightly mistreated, however it is not observed that the probe is broken. It still needs to be tested with the patient, hopefully it will work properly. Any further comments, I will add it after it has been used.

I can not stress enough how great this item is. Good size to insert, and the adjustable collar stops the electrodes for perfect positioning. Then when the TENS unit is turned on. Look out. Sensations all the way from mild to tease and torment to full on pain if set to higher levels to punish and teach a lesson. I am looking forward to seeing what other devilish devices I can purchase from this great store. Konmed Store shipped this item extremely fast and their customer service is impeccable.
